Neuroinclusive Employment Education

At a time when employee burnout is at an all-time high, we have an epidemic of “quiet quitting,” and employers are struggling to fill open positions, the “defaults” of employment are clearly not working for all brains.

Here’s what All Brains Belong is doing to support neuroinclusive employment:

vermont neurodivergent jobs
80% of neurodivergent people are unemployed. Those with jobs are often far from self-actualized.

“ABB is working on creating employment opportunities for people in the neurodiversity community.  That is so fundamentally connected to my perception of health and wellbeing.  It makes me feel like I have a future and that what I have to offer as a human being actually has the possibility of being valued someday by the human community.”
